Healthy Habits: What’s for Lunch?

This is what I’m having for lunch today! Elle taught me this recipe… It’s half a can of BumbleBee tuna with a tiny bit of mayo mixed in along with some seasoning salt and lemon pepper. I like to eat it with Ritz crackers, cheddar cheese, carrots, and some apple slices. It’s a really healthy lunch because you’re getting some protein from the tuna and all the benefits of fruits and veggies from the carrots and apple slices. This meal fills me up so much I feel like I can’t move after—but I always eat the whole plate. Nom nom nom Smile
